  • How does eHub Ship work?

    You use our software to print shipping labels. It connects with your e-commerce store, shopping cart, and marketplaces. The software comes setup with our discounted shipping rates, and printing labels is super easy!

  • How much does eHub Ship cost?

    Pricing is comprised of 5 tiers that increase with higher shipping volume. Regardless of membership type, onboarding, implementation, and setting up automation are all FREE. See the pricing page for more information.

  • How are eHub’s shipping rates better than anyone else’s?

    eHub provides shipping rates to businesses of any size. When you ship with us, you get access to volume discounts even if you don’t have high volume.

  • Do you offer international shipping rates on eHub Ship?

    We do offer international rates! We can load custom discounts for the countries you sell into the most. Email us at [email protected] to find out how much cheaper your international rates can be.

  • Do I have to download any software to ship with eHub Ship?

    Nope, the software works from your web browser, so you don’t need to download anything!

  • Does eHub Ship send tracking information to my customers?

    Yes, it can send tracking notifications. You can choose to do this through the software or through your webstore/shopping cart. We recommend having your store/shopping cart do it for you so it’s easier to track customer communications.

  • Does eHub ship my items?

    We do not do any actual shipping. We provide a shipping rate shop and software to print labels to facilitate your shipping. However, if you’re looking for a third-party fulfillment provider, we manage an entire network of pre-vetted 3PLs. Click here to get matched with a fulfillment partner!

  • How do I pay for postage using eHub Ship?

    Once you setup an account with eHub, you can preload a meter for postage in which you can fund using a bank account or a credit card.

  • Can I use my own carrier rates while using eHub Ship?

    Yes, you can! We are very flexible and our software supports your rates, our rates, or a mix of both.

  • Which shipping carriers do you have available on your software?

    Please see our integrations page for all of our available carriers.

  • Does eHub Ship automatically select the cheapest shipping option?

    Our shipping software uses automation to select the cheapest shipping option based on the rules you choose. The key part of a competitive shipping strategy is using multiple carriers that provide different shipping options for customers across the country.   • Does eHub Ship automatically import orders as soon as they are placed?

    If your online store has been synced with eHub Ship it will automatically import orders. Otherwise, you can manually import orders as well.

  • Does eHub Ship update my online store when I ship orders?

    Once a label is printed, it will update your store/shopping cart that the order has been shipped.

  • What online store platforms do you connect with?

  • I can’t ship a package. What do I do?
